Dulux Group has agreed to lease the former 7-Eleven store at 697-699 High Street which had been on the market for 18 months. Teska Carson's Luke Bisset and Jack Kelliher recently took control of the leasing campaign. Dulux signed a seven-year lease with a five-year option at $90,000 per annum net.
