As corporate balance sheets ballooned, the boom in commercial property turned to bust. The multi-national agencies shuddered and shed staff while our two partners started hiring to handle the work.
The first properties we negotiated were in shopping strips. We sought to earn the trust of savvy, self-made men and women by proving ourselves on the projects no-one else cared about. The legacy of the relationships we formed then is an enviable clientele of Melbourne’s most powerful investors.
