RICHMOND
The home of Bruce Dowding and Jason Baker’s Cochin Wine Bar & Restaurant has sold for $1,895,000 on a low 3.1 per cent yield. Teska Carson’s George Takis and Larry Takis said four parties posted 48 bids at the 256 Swan Street auction before it sold under the hammer for $150,000 above the vendor’s reserve.
