An owner-occupier outbid several developers, paying $1,375,000 for a residential development site at 25 Arabin Street. Teska Carson’s George Takis and Stephen Speck said the purchaser paid $150,000 above the vendor’s reserve for the 1960 split-level house and self-contained unit on a 1020 sq m site.
